What Does Cedarville Park Offer?

The park is 11.2 acres, beautifully wooded with cedar trees firs, maple and alder. The Cedarville Park grounds feature a picnic area and bocce courts. Our rustic log-cabin lodge has a 2400 square foot wood dance floor with adjacent stage. Around the dance floor is space for 30 tables, full bar, and a commercial kitchen. Cedarville Park is available for weddings, conferences, corporate events, parties, picnics, car rallies, and more. Rental starts as low as $600. Make your next Portland event a memorable one.

Hall Rental includes:

• Hall size: 140’ x 60’ = 8,400 sq. ft.
• Dance floor size: 2,400 sq. ft.
• 30 (2.5’ x 8’) tables set up = 300 people (10 people per table)
• 300 stacking chairs
• Use of inside bar area (no alcohol or taps provided)
• 2 commercial refrigerators, 3 Gas stoves (16 burners), 3 ovens
• Preferred Caterer
• Freezer and 500# ice machine
• Garbage cans and trash bags
• Final sweep and mop of floor

Hall Rental does not include:

• Catering (but we do offer a Preferred Caterer to use)
• Linens
• Alcohol
• Removal of lessee’s decorations

Park rental includes:

• 80 picnic tables
• Outside bar & restroom
• Covered picnic area
• Parking (also included with Hall rental)
